Toms River Police Searching For Coffee Thieves

TOMS RIVER – Police in Toms River are hoping the public can help them identify two alleged thieves seen on surveillance video, stealing Keurig K-Cups from a store in Ortley Beach.

Community Affairs Officer Ralph J. Stocco says the incident happened on Wednesday, April 25th at the Acme in Ortley Beach on Route 35. Officer Andrew Gannon had responded to a call from the store manager.

Two suspects, a man and woman, were seen removing the boxes of K-Cups valued at $110 each. They took a total of $770 worth of coffee from the store and fled.
