SEASIDE HEIGHTS – There were some scary moments near the boardwalk Saturday night when gunfire erupted, according to several eyewitnesses and authorities.
The shooting was reported around 7:30 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue at the ocean block.
Seaside Heights Detective Steve Korman confirmed that witnesses saw a suspect wearing a white hoodie before shooting the gun.
The investigation is underway and anyone with information is urged to call police at 732-793-1800.
So far, no arrests have been made.
