TOMS RIVER – An investigation revealed no foul play in a man found dead at a local marina, police said.
Paul F. Tuchol, 57, of Toms River, was found by his wife lying on the outer edge of the dock at Pier One Marina on Route 37. This happened at around 10 a.m. on April 29.
He was unresponsive, and police transported him with an ambulance to Community Medical Center for a post-mortem examination. Police said there was no evidence of trauma or foul play.
