TINTON FALLS – A 68-year-old man died from serious injuries he suffered from a crash that took place Friday evening, officials said.
Around 7:18 p.m., state police responded to a crash on the Garden State Parkway South, milepost 102.2, in Tinton Falls.
According to state police, 68-year-old Frank Graziosi of Toms River was traveling south on the parkway in a Chevrolet Colorado when he veered off the road to the right and struck a tree.
Graziosi sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital, where he died due to his injuries, officials said.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
