TOMS RIVER – The Toms River Township Public Works Department and the Recycling Convenience Center will be closed on Presidents Day, February 20.
All sanitation and recycling collections are postponed one day with Friday’s collections being completed on Saturday.
All Township departments will be open on Lincoln’s Birthday, February 13. Regularly scheduled services will be provided.
