TOMS RIVER – The county will commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day and honor The Greatest Generation at noon June 6 in Historic Courtroom 1 in the Ocean County Courthouse, 118 Washington St.
The ceremony will include music by the Garden State Philharmonic Brass Quartet, student readings, and recognition of the men and women that served on what has been termed “The Longest Day.”
