TOMS RIVER – A 23-year-old Brick man has been arrested for a rash of vehicle burglaries in May.
Marquise Brian Harris was arrested June 2 by Det. Mark Bajada and Officer Krzysztof Kowalczyk. Harris was linked to burglaries that happened in the early morning hours of May 26 in the Walnut Street area of town.
Harris was processed and transferred to Ocean County Jail, where he is being held on bail.
Police said Harris was positively identified thanks to tips received after surveillance footage was posted by police to their Facebook page and shared by many residents and media outlets, including Jersey Shore Online.
