WARETOWN – A Toms River woman was issued a DWI while traveling through Ocean Township recently.
Christine Marquez, 53, of Toms River was charged and arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 conducted by Sergeant James Capaccio. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
Marquez was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to signal and open alcohol container within the vehicle.
