LACEY – An investigation into a suspicious vehicle resulted in the impound of an unlicensed motorcycle over the weekend.
On May 4, at 12:06 a.m., Lacey Officers were investigating a suspicious automobile in front of Building 8 of 900 Gary Smith Way when they observed a motorcycle heading their way. When the motorcycle passed the officers, they noticed that it did not display a license plate.
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and discovered that the driver of the motorcycle was 36-year old Anthony Caruso. Caruso did not possess a valid motorcycle license, nor was the motorcycle registered or insured.
Police issued a summons for both offenses and Caruso’s motorcycle was impounded.
