BARNEGAT – Two people were arrested for breaking into homes in the Crosswinds condominium complex.
Police charged Daniel Hill, 35, of Toms River and Shanel Romanowski, 37, of Forked River with criminal trespass for entering homes on September 18.
Warrants had been issued for them on September 23 and they were arrested on September 28.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
