LITTLE EGG HARBOR – A man and two juveniles were arrested in relation to a robbery that took place near the 7-Eleven on Radio Road at around 10:30 p.m. on February 24.
The identity of the adult was released by police. Christian Heri, 21, of Brick was charged with Robbery, Theft, Possession of a Handgun without a Permit, and Possession of High Capacity Magazine. The two juveniles’ charges are pending review from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
The three are accused of assaulting and stealing from a juvenile male. The victim described the black minivan that the suspects were in, and Tuckerton Police pulled it over minutes later. A 9 mm handgun was found in the vehicle, police said.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
