Stafford Police Arrest Seven Students For Making Threats

STAFFORD – Seven students were arrested for making terroristic threats.

Stafford Township Police reported arresting seven male students from the township’s intermediate school. The arrested came about after two separate incidents involving the students making threats to shoot up the school and become active shooters.

All the students are Stafford Township residents. Four are 11 years old, three 12 years old.

Police and school officials reiterated the district’s zero tolerance policy. All reports are investigated and threats prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

“Stafford Township Police and Stafford Schools continue to take proactive steps to educate students of the consequences of making any type of threat, and encourage all students to ‘see something, hear something, SAY SOMETHING,’” police officials said. “We strongly encourage parents to reinforce this at home and speak with their children regarding this type of behavior.”
