STAFFORD – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a credit card thief.
Stafford Township Police are investigating an incident of theft and credit card fraud that occurred on June 29 at Target. At approximately 3 p.m., the suspect was observed using a stolen credit card to purchase items through the self-checkout at the department store.
