LACEY – A Little Egg Harbor man who was driving with a suspended license was arrested on drug charges Dec. 13.
Bernard Homefield III, 38, was stopped on Route 9 near Taylor Lane around 12:30 a.m. Officer Jesse Dalziel arrested and charged Homefield for possession of marijuana (less than 50 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued summonses for driving with a suspended license and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
He was processed and released.
