LACEY – Police are investigating a burglary incident that occurred at a local hair salon this week.
On August 14, Lacey Police Officer Michael Verwey and Jeffrey Slota responded to Joanna’s Hair Care salon on Route 9 North for a reported burglary. Employees of a nearby business informed police that the front window of Joanna’s had apparently been shattered during overnight hours.
Police believe the unknown actor(s) threw a planter through the window. The burglar(s) only stole approximately $5 in coins from the register.
The investigation is ongoing.
