STAFFORD – Bu Quach is still missing.
Stafford Township Police are asking Lighthouse Drive area residents and business owners to check any home or business surveillance systems from this past weekend for any clues on Quach’s whereabouts.
Quach, 65, has been missing since Nov. 2 when he walked out of the Manahawkin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located at 1211 Route 72 West in Manahawkin. The man suffers from dementia, Parkinson’s disease, type-one diabetes and post-traumatic stress disorder. He’s been living in the facility this last year.
He is an Asian male, 5’3”, approximately 120 pounds with shaved short hair, a goatee and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, dark gray sweatpants and a yellow wristband.
Authorities have been going door-to-door in search of Quach, even looking in wooded areas, sheds, gazebos, crawl spaces, under decks, and anywhere Quach may have been sheltered and hiding.
An alleged sighting of Quach in Toms River Township outside of Tío Juan’s Margaritas turned out to be completely false.
