Please visit our open locations at OHI Lakewood located at 101 Second Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701 for SICK visits ONLY and OHI Manchester located at 686 Route 70, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 for all other visits (Well Visit ONLY, OB, Pedi, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine and Suboxone services).
OHI Lakewood Pharmacy and OHI Manchester Pharmacy remain open. We are now currently offering Delivery Service to our current patients. Any current OHI patients of the Pharmacy may obtain counseling, have refills, new prescriptions filled at our OHI Lakewood or OHI Manchester site. For any patients unable to travel, please call our Manchester Pharmacy at (732) 719-1500 for delivery options.
