MTV Jersey Shore alum Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was sentenced to eight months in prison and two years of supervised release for tax evasion, People.com reported.
Sorrentino and his brother, Marc, pled guilty to multiple tax offenses on $9 million of income in January. They were charged back in 2014.

Multiple news outlets have reported that Michael Sorrentino’s legal team is seeking probation, while prosecutors want 14 months.
