LAVALLETTE – Residents of Lavallette’s West Point Island will now say hello to a new neighbor and goodbye to this famous one.
New Jersey native and celebrity actor Joe Pesci has finally sold his home for $6.5 million after two years on the market.
Pesci first listed his home in November of 2019, with property records stating that he first purchased the home in 1994 for $850,000.
According to Realtor.com, Pesci’s 7,219 sq. ft. home at 91 Pershing Boulevard features eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a private elevator, open floor plan, a master bedroom suite that includes a private balcony, a luxury bathroom and private office.

Despite records showing Pesci taking the home off the market at least three separate times, he was able to stick to his asking price of $6.5 million and sell the property.
