TOMS RIVER – Do you believe in ghosts? South Jersey Ghost Research will be at the Toms River Library, 101 Washington Street, on Monday, October 2 at 7 p.m. to offer a peek into their paranormal investigations and how they identify unusual “activities.”

The presentation will include videos, photos displays and audio recordings. A question and answer session will follow.

South Jersey Ghost Research is a nonprofit that has been around for over 50 years, specializing in intense and negative hauntings. Many of its members – who range from nurses, psychologists, police and clergy, to grandmothers and teachers – have lived in haunted homes and have personal experience dealing with ghosts and hauntings. They use cutting edge equipment, tools and psychics in their investigations, which they provide to clients free of charge in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York City.

The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required by calling 732-349-6200 or visiting theoceancountylibrary.org.

Free parking is available after 6 p.m. daily and all day Saturday and Sunday in the top and middle levels of the Toms River parking garage behind the library, or on all levels, anytime in the Ocean County parking garage located on Hooper Ave.
