OCEAN COUNTY – An arrest was made in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found at the Glendale Motel.
Matthew Demartin, 37, of Seaside Heights was arrested and charged with the murder of Sharon Falcetano, 59, who shared the room with Demartin
An autopsy performed today showed Falcetano suffered from multiple blunt force wounds to her head and body.
Authorities received a 911 call Thursday night and arrived at the motel around 11:19 p.m. The woman was pronounced dead at 11:43 p.m.
Demartin is being held at the Ocean County Jail pending his first hearing.
