BELMAR – A borough resident was arrested on a Point Pleasant arrest warrant for two charges of burglary on November 12.
Daniel Ferrara Jr., 47, was arrested in Monmouth County for third and fourth degree burglary, and theft from an incident that occurred on November 4.
The incident involved the burglary of Joe’s Bagel & Grill at 632 Ocean Road in which an undisclosed amount of money was taken.
A warrant was issued as a result of the investigation conducted by Detective Scalabrini of the Point Pleasant Police Department. As a result of this investigation it was determined that Ferrara Jr. is a suspect in three additional burglaries in three different jurisdictions of Monmouth County.
Ferrara Jr. was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Facility on the current arrest warrant pending a detention hearing.
