It’s a milestone to brag about! For its nationally recognized standards of excellence, Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, Inc. (PHHC), with headquarters in Eatontown and offices throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has achieved 20 years of continuous accreditation by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc.)., a demanding national accrediting organization for the home health care industry.
The rigorous evaluation by CHAP focuses on structure and function, quality of services and products, human and financial resources, and long-term viability, which signify better quality care. By achieving CHAP accreditation, PHHC also meets the Medicare Conditions of Participation and is certified as a Medicare provider.
