MONMOUTH COUNTY – One lucky lottery player is now $250,00 richer! One ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn winning the $50,000 second-tier prize. However, the player purchased a ticket with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $250,000.
The winning ticket was sold at the Little Brown Jug, located at 2040 Route 33 in Neptune. The winning numbers for the June 7 drawing were: 16, 21, 29, 53, and 66. The Red Power Ball number was 02. The Power Play was 5X.
The Powerball jackpot now rolls to $308,000,000 for the next drawing to be held June 10, at 10:59 p.m.
