HOLMDEL – The Kenilworth superintendent charged with public defecation, littering and lewdness for pooping on high school grounds back in April made his court appearance on June 12.
Thomas Tramaglini of Matawan was faced with these charges on April 30 following a police investigation that found him the culprit responsible for defecating near the track and football field of Holmdel High School, on a near daily basis.
Since this time, he was granted paid leave from his position as Kenilworth schools superintendent.
Tramaglini appeared in Holmdel Municipal Court before Judge Mary H. Casey on June 12, where he remained stone-faced and offered no explanation for his actions.
Evidence in the form of video surveillance footage, photos, audio, and a nameless witness were discussed in court.
Tramaglini and his two attorneys did not offer up any information.
Prosecution and defense will be returning to court at a later, unspecified date to continue.
