Vehicle Stop Leads To $2,200 Drug Bust

MANCHESTER – A vehicle stop on May 22 lead to two drugs arrests near Patricia Court.

Zachary Lockwood, 20, of Toms River, was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to surrender CDS.

Brittany Serovinski, 21, of Brick, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to surrender CDS.

Both were lodged in Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.

Manchester Township Police Narcotics Enforcement Team stopped Lockwood’s vehicle. Police investigated the vehicle and found 250 bags of heroin, approximately 4 grams of crack cocaine, a hypodermic syringe, and drug paraphernalia, all with a street value of $2,200.

Manchester Police K-9 Unit and Patrol Bureau assisted.
