MANCHESTER – Police are asking the public if they can identify a shopper who allegedly attempted to rip off the ShopRite in Manchester.
The suspect was in the store at 6:20 p.m. on March 14. He was seen removing price tags on higher quality steaks throughout the store and then taking those price tags to the courtesy desk to get a refund.
