MANCHESTER – The Manchester Township Department of Utilities Eastern & Western Service Area, will be flushing fire hydrants in October & November 2019. Hours will vary during the day as well as during the night. During this time you will experience a difference in pressure and discoloration. Run your cold water tap only until it runs clear.
