JACKSON – A motor vehicle crash in the township has closed a busy stretch of road on Wednesday morning.
Jackson Township Police took to their Facebook page telling all drivers to use caution in the area of Bennetts Mills Road and Bates Road. The message stated that the roadway is closed between County Line Road and New Prospect Road as a result of the crash that also involved a utility pole.
There are also power outages reported in the area. Police confirmed there was no word on when restoration could be expected but crews are on the scene.
