HOWELL – Howell Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a theft suspect who was involved in a wallet theft and attempted credit card fraud at Target recently.
On the department’s Facebook page, a surveillance photo of the suspect shows him wearing a gray, zip-up sweatshirt and black pants.
