NEWARK – A Howell man was arrested at Newark Airport for DWI, among other charges.
Thomas Scanlon, 48, was driving his 2016 Toyota Camry the wrong way on a one-way street at the airport about 2 a.m. March 1. Port Authority police pulled over Scanlon, and noted his glassy eyes and slurred speech.
Scanlon failed a field sobriety test and twice failed a breath test.
