BRICK – They raised nearly $2,000 by simply not shaving. And now, that money will help with cancer research.
Brick Township PBA Local No. 230 participated in its second No-Shave November, which comes to an end today.
About 60 PBA members shunned razors to raise awareness for cancer research, education, prevention and aid. Each member donated money to the cause.
The raised about $1,800, which will be donated to men’s cancer research.
