BRICK – Mixed martial arts champion Frankie “The Answer” Edgar will be the guest of a night put together by local police to educate people against opioid abuse.
The feature exhibit will be Edgar facing off against “Brick’s Own” Dan O’Cone.
Edgar is slated to be one of the speakers, as well as Trish Horner, a local woman who kept a journal detailing her son’s opioid addiction called “Christopher’s Journal.”
The event, “Get In The Ring: Knock Out Substance Abuse” will be free, and will take place at Brick High School. It is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 11.
