LAKEWOOD — A 31-year-old Lakewood man was arrested on lewdness charges, authorities said.
Lakewood Police say that Gerardo Santiago-Velazquez exposed himself in a Madison Avenue parking lot. The alleged incident occurred at 1700 Madison Ave. around 9:45 p.m. Oct. 2.
Although Santiago-Velazquez reportedly had left in a car by the time police arrived, witnesses were able to describe the suspect and provide a license plate.
He was arrested Oct. 4 and released pending a court hearing, police said.
