LAKEWOOD – A new proposal for Eagle Ridge Golf Course will be heard at the 6 p.m. Feb. 5 township planning board meeting.
GDMS Holdings will present plans to build a mix of 1,000 single-family homes, duplexes, and basement apartments, on the former golf course. The development is named “The Parke,” which will include bike paths, parks and open space, multiple community centers, and local retail and amenities.
The golf course was sold in 2017 for development.
The Sierra Club issued a statement Monday, saying the township must reject this “terrible project.”
