BRICK – The Brick Police Department, in collaboration with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, will hold a gun turn-in from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 5 at the department, 401 Chambers Bridge Road.
This is not a buy-back, “no questions asked” event. No cash will be given for the guns.
Guns should be brought in, unloaded and contained in a closed and fastened case or gun box. The package should be securely tied and locked in the trunk of the vehicle on the way to the event.
Those who surrender their guns must bring ID with them.
