BAYVILLE – A Butternut Lane man was arrested and charged with various drug-related offenses after a joint investigation between Ocean Gate and Berkeley police.

Joseph Domanoski, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of prescription drugs and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Police executed a search warrant on his residence 10 a.m. May 7, where they found one pound of raw marijuana vacuum sealed, marijuana wax, 62 marijuana “vape” pens for resale, and cocaine and prescription drugs. Police also found about $75,000 in cash, and paraphernalia to manufacture and produce marijuana for resale.

At this time, police do not believe those also living at the Butternut Lane address were aware of Domanoski’s activities.

Police had been receiving reports that children were obtaining and using marijuana vape pens and marijuana wax, popular and more potent forms of the drug that are less detectible to parents and authorities.

Police labeled Domanoski as a major supplier throughout the area.
