BEACHWOOD – Authorities are investigating a fire that broke out in a borough home around midnight.
The Beachwood Volunteer Fire Department reported that fire broke out on the 100 block of Forepeak Avenue.
The front porch was ablaze when crews arrived. The Department said the fire was quickly extinguished. There were no reported injuries.
The Pine Beach Fire Department assisted.
The Ocean County Fire Marshal and Beachwood Police Department are investigating.
