BEACHWOOD – Beachwood Police Department welcomes its newest Chief of Police Glen DeMarco, sworn in on Jan. 6 by Mayor Ron Roma.
Chief DeMarco began his career with the Beachwood Police Department in 1999. He worked part time as a special officer until he was finally taken on as a full time in 2000. In the more than two decades that Chief DeMarco has served Beachwood, he has worn many hats including that of Patrolman, Detective, Sergeant, Detective Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain.
“Chief DeMarco is a dedicated member of our agency who’s loyalty has remained throughout his career and we wish him much success in his new position as Chief of Police,” stated Beachwood Police.
