SEASIDE HEIGHTS – A Bayville man was arrested by Seaside Heights Police on September 5 after police reported that he was acting suspiciously.

Raymond Wilson, 32, was charged with failure to have an audible signal, obstruction and resisting arrest following the incident.

Patrolmen Robert Spadaro and Adam Greengrove of Seaside Heights noticed Wilson, who was riding a bike with no bell, visiting numerous houses known for criminal activity in the area.

When Spadaro and Greengrove attempted to stop and speak with Wilson, he resisted and rode away, claiming he was not required to talk to police. Wilson then became angry and physical when police caught up to him, resisting arrest.

Wilson has since been released, pending a court date.
