Ocean County Man Arrested For Credit Card Theft

  TOMS RIVER – A township man has been arrested and charged with credit card fraud and computer theft after being linked to a string of car burglaries, police said.

  Between January and April of 2024, three vehicles were burglarized in the North Dover section of town, with several credit cards stolen within. The cards were then used fraudulently multiple times at various locations.  

  Authorities identified Kristopher Fudali of Toms River as the suspect in the credit card fraud. He was subsequently was arrested and charged with computer theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
