JACKSON – Police are looking for information regarding an incident that is being investigated as a potential luring.
A 10-year-old girl was playing in front of her Danielle Court home at around 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 15. A man pulled up in a car and asked her to come over. She immediately ran inside and the vehicle left the area.
When officers asked around, other residents said they saw a suspicious vehicle slowly driving through the area. At one point, it beeped its horn at a group of residents in a different front yard. The description is of a man with dark hair and a beard, holding what appeared to be a bottle of beer. The vehicle was described as a dark colored Porsche SUV. It was seen turning onto Pitney Lane and going in the direction of East Veteran’s Highway.
