LITTLE EGG HARBOR – Two men have been charged with Aggravated Assault and more after police find a 57-year-old man with multiple head injuries.
The Little Egg Harbor Police Department responded to a call on October 21 around 1:30 p.m. regarding a disturbance near Route 9 and Stage Road. When they arrived at the scene, they found a 57-year-old male with head injuries.
The Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS (Squad 85) were called to the scene and brought the victim to a hospital for treatment.
According to police, interviewing witnesses led to a summons being issued to Thomas Sidle, 31and Keith Hornberger, 32, both of Little Egg Harbor.
Both Sidle and Hornberger were charged with Aggravated Assault, Criminal Mischief, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
