
TOMS RIVER – An apparent two-car collision is slowing down traffic on the Garden State Parkway Monday afternoon.
One car is at a 90-degree angle to the roadway. It’s unknown at this time the extent of any damage or injuries.
According to 511nj.org, the accident occurred around 1 p.m. and shut down two southbound lanes near exit 82A. A five-mile back-up happened while the accident was cleared.
Lanes were reopened around 2 p.m., according to 511nj.org.
