TRENTON – An Ocean Township (Monmouth) man who received child pornography was sentenced to 60 months in prison.
Jason DiSanto, 39, had previously pleaded guilty to charges and was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Brian R. Martinotti Wednesday.
DiSanto must also serve 5 years of supervised released and will be required to register as a sex offender.
Authorities found that a video showing child sexual abuse was shared from a web address registered to DiSanto’s residence in September 2016. He was stopped by authorities on Nov. 5, 2017 while reentering the country after an international trip. A child sexual abuse video and links to other child pornography were found on his electronic devices.
