TOMS RIVER – Two Eagle Scouts were honored by the governing body recently for projects that helped local elementary schools.
R. Joseph Latshaw III created a chalkboard for an outdoor classroom at South Toms River Elementary School.
Shane Coffee refurbished a garden at Washington Street Elementary School. His class had built that garden when he attended that school.
