An Eagleswood Elementary School teacher was arrested and charged with drug offenses that allegedly occurred on school grounds, officials said.
Michael Palladino, 43, of Barnegat, is accused of snorting morphine at his classroom desk. He ingested morphine during school hours. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office alleged the teacher used a ballpoint pen to snort the drug. Morphine residue was found on the pen.
He was charged Monday.
