FORKED RIVER – An area man was charged with DWI among other offenses Nov. 10.
Around 4:15 p.m., Lacey Township Police Officer Jason Lee saw a stopped vehicle at Route 9 and Sunrise Boulevard.
An investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Alfred Mathieu, 51, for driving while intoxicated.
He received summonses for DWI, reckless driving, impeding the flow of traffic, and having an open container. He was processed at headquarters.
His vehicle was impounded as per John’s Law.
