HOWELL – A reported gas leak early Monday morning forced an evacuation of one office.
Guests reported smelling natural gas to 911 around 8:30 a.m. at the Quail Creek Plaza, located at Newtons Corner Road.
One office, that reportedly had about 15 people in it at the time, evacuated.
A local fire department called to the scene confirmed a connection issue on the roof. New Jersey Natural Gas dispatched a crew to fix the issue, and guests were back in the office by 9:30 a.m.
