NEW JERSEY – If you’re having trouble watching TV, using the internet or making a phone call, you are not alone. Comcast is currently experiencing a nationwide outage that is causing customers to take to social media to bash the cable giant.
Jersey Shore Online tried to call the 1-800-COMCAST line for support, as we are having trouble with our internet and phone service, to which no one was available to take our call.
It is unclear what was causing the outage Friday and when the service might be up and running again.
